Just to let people online know who received this phone call from this number..This is a con artist trying to cause trouble and lying pretending to be someone else. He is doing this to ladies, expecially in yahoo chat. Be careful of this man. If you are in yahoo chat rooms, and you see a yahoo ID: bradysmoke2007, be extra careful of him. He is pretending to be Art Anderson age 44, from Oakland, CA. He is also married.

Calls my work number threatening my co-worker with gun. This man with a Indian accent said I am a criminal in my state and he was going to have a team of police to come to my home or at work

Whoever this is has called my phone number 3 times today. Called the other day also. I tried calling back but got dead air. I am currently in Ontario Canada.

They never leave a message for me and hang up when I answer. If they call about a friend or relative- they are NEVER to say the friend or relative owes money. They are allowed to call you to leave a phone number or ask for better contact information. They may only say it is a business matter. If they actually say your friend or relative owes money, they are then in violation of the FDCPA- your relative may be entitled $$ for this breach of privacy. The collection agency itself will be fined by the government $1000 if it is the first time and more money on successive violations.
